Global Rights is dedicated to challenging injustice and amplifying the voices of grassroots activists. Our mission is to promote, protect, and fulfill human rights by working hand in hand with individuals and groups to build knowledge, skills, and advocacy expertise. We envision a just society for all, built on the universal principles of human rights and guaranteed by access to justice. Our commitment is to break down barriers that deny people their human rights and to ensure dignity and equality for all. We develop the capacity of community-based organizations, train local communities on their legal and human rights, monitor and document human rights violations, and facilitate stakeholder dialogues on governance issues. Qualifications and Skills
Job Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess a strong commitment to human rights and social justice. Applicants should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Law, Human Rights, Social Sciences, or International Relations. Advanced degrees and certifications are highly desirable.
Key skills include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong analytical and research capabilities, and proficiency in project management. Experience with grassroots activism, community organizing, and advocacy work is a plus. Candidates must be adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
